An oasis in Schöneberg
The apartment is 60sqm. There is a living room from where you can go out onto a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with a bath tub. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and facing 2 streets and a little garden. The whole area is quiet. The decoration of the apartment is modern.
Rates
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Included in the rent is: linen, 2 towels per. person and internet connection.
Beside this there is a damage deposit of 150 euro. You will of course get the money back if my cleaner tells me that nothing is damaged.
1 night - 98 euro (4 people)
1 week/7 nights – 590 euro (4 people)
End of stay cleaning charge (cumpulsory) is 80 euro
1 extra bed costs 15 euro per. night. 1 week/7 nights costs 75 euro.

How to find the apartment
The apartment is in the peaceful and very charming area called Schöneberg. You will find the apartment at the corner of the 2 streets called Barbarossastrasse and Berchtesgadener Strasse. From the apartment there is only a few kilometer to Kurfürstendamm, the department store KaDeWe and it is close to many of the famous tourist attractions. The apartment is only about 7 - 10 minutes walking distance from Nollendorfplatz and the nearest tube station is about 400 meters away. In the area you will find lots of special and interesting shops, parks and dozens of restaurants. The closest supermarket is only 30 meters away from the apartment.
If you drive by car to Berlin then there is a very good chance for you to park just outside the apartment. Parking is free and it is safe. It is easiest to find a parking space during the day.
What you will find in the apartment
In the kitchen you will find all the things you need to cook a meal. There is a coffee maker, a boiler, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and a freezer.
In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas and a small table. There is a DVD-player, music player, flat screen and some games you can use if you want to have a cosy time at home. From the living room you can go out onto a sunny balcony.
In the big bedroom there is a bed ( 160 cm x 200 cm ) and if you want an extra bed for a 5th person the bed will be put up in this room. In the small bedroom you will find 2 single beds ( 80 cm x 200 cm ).
For your clothes there are 2 wardrobe and drawers
