How do I book an apartment in Berlin?
On this site you will get information about how you rent the apartment in Berlin. You can see, when the apartment is free in the calendar. The blue colour shows, when the apartment is booked.
When you have decided which days you would like to book and how many people you will come, send me an email with the information. I will reply within 48 hours.

Prices
- 1 night - 105 euro (4 people)
- 1 week/7 nights – 610 euro (4 people)
- End of stay cleaning charge (cumpulsory) is 80 euro
- 1 extra bed in Schöneberg 1 costs 15 euro per. night. 1 week/7 nights costs 75 euro.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Included in the rent is: linen, 2 towels per. person and internet connection.
Beside this there is a damage deposit of 150 euro. You will of course get the money back if my cleaner tells me that nothing is damaged.
Tourist tax in Berlin
Berlin has introduced a tourist tax on hotels and holiday apartments. The tax is 5 % of the rent/cleaning fee. The tax will be included in the total price and written on the invoice as a separate item.
Reservation – payment
When you have booked your stay you will receive an email which confirms your booking. In this email you will also get information about how to pay. It should be done by bank transfer / internet banking. The final confirmation you will get when you have paid for the days in the apartment. This confirmation will be sent to you in an email as well.
Keys, address and attendant
In the final confirmation you will get the address for the apartment and the phone number for my attendant in Berlin. Please call him latest 5 days before your stay in Berlin begins to inform when you will arrive at the apartment. My attendant speaks English and German. You will get the key when you arrive at the apartment.
If something serious happens when you are in Berlin and you need help, you can call the attendant. He will then try to help you.
Arrival and check out time
The apartment is yours from 14:00 on the day of arrival except Sunday. Here the apartment is free from 17:30.
Check out time is from Monday till Saturday 11:00. Sunday it is 13:00.

Late check in
If you come later than 18.00 ( Sunday 20.00 ) there will be a “late check in fee” of 15 euro which is paid directly to the attendant.
