Where is Schöneberg 2

The apartment is in the peaceful and very charming area called Schöneberg. You will find the apartment at the corner of the 2 streets called Barbarossastrasse and Berchtesgadener Strasse. From the apartment there are only a few kilometres to Kurfürstendamm, the department store KaDeWe and close to many of the famous tourist attractions. The apartment is only about 7 - 10 minutes walking distance from Nollendorfplatz and the nearest tube station is about 500 meters away. In the area you will find lots of special and interesting shops, parks and dozens of restaurants. The closest supermarket is only 30 meters away from the apartment.

If you drive by car to Berlin then there is a very good chance for you to park just outside the apartment. Parking is free and it is safe. It is easiest to find a parking space during the day.

What will you find in Schöneberg 2

The apartment is 60sqm and was totally renovated in 2007. There is a living room from where you can go onto a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with a bath tub. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and facing 2 streets and a little garden. The whole area is quiet. The decoration of the apartment is modern.

In the kitchen you will find all the things you need to cook a meal. There is a coffee maker, a boiler, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and a freezer.

In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas and a small table. There is a DVD-player, music player, flat screen and some games you can use if you want to have a cosy time at home. From the living room you go out onto a sunny balcony.

In the big bedroom there is a bed ( 160 cm x 200 cm ) and if you want an extra bed for a 5th person the bed will be put up in this room. In the small bedroom you will find 2 single beds ( 80 cm x 200 cm ).

For your clothes there are 2 wardrobe and drawers

If you smoke – please do it outside on the balcony
